Biological descriptionCell permeable, potent and selective dynamin GTPase inhibitor. Acts in non-competitive reversible manner. Displays activity for both dynamin 1, dynamin 2 (approx IC50 value = 15 µM respectively) and mitochondrial dynamin (DRP1). Exhibits little or no activity at other small GTPases. Blocks endocytosis. Inhibits transferrin uptake (IC50 = 15 µM) and potently destabilises F-actin. Displays cardioprotective properties
