    • Neuronswereheldat-60mV(thereversalpotentialofGABAcurrents).
    • PairedEPSCswerecontinuallystimulatedandrecordedinresponsetoapplicationsofbaclofenuntilamaximumeffectwasachievedatwhichpointbaclofenwaswashedoutwithcontrolsolution.
